Guarantee

All Portasafe products are fully tested before despatch, but if you find a defect either in the material or the workmanship, then please inform us immediately and return the unit(s) within 30 days, by "Recorded Delivery".

All Portasafe products are guaranteed for 30 days from despatch and will be repaired (or replaced) free of charge.

 

In the event that we are unable to replace a defective product within 30 days of receipt, then a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the buyer.

 

"Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of your "portable safe" product.

PortaSafe Ltd accept no responsibility for any goods contained in any products supplied or manufactured.

 

All items stored in the unit are placed entirely at the owners risk.

 

No liability is accepted of implied, by PortaSafe Ltd, in the use of any product supplied or manufactured.

 

KeepSafe units are not water-proof, so it is advised that items that would be damaged by water or other fluids are not contained in the unit.

 

Items can be placed in a sealed plastic bag inside to assist with waterproofing, but this is entirely at the user's risk.

 

Remember a lost code will mean no access to the items inside.
